In this lessons I help you, with my hands and verbal instruction, to discover this quality of ease in movement so that you can apply it at any time of the day to the benefit of your health and well being.
You will learn to be conscious and to stop habitual patterns of tension which are often interfering with your general health, your posture and your breathing . This can allow you to function in your best mental and physical state, being more relaxed and energized and avoiding pain.
I see every lesson as a personal meeting with the student. Looking forward to meet you!

The Alexander Technique is a simple and practical method that helps people to make better use of the body and mind, considering them an indivisible unit. It is very useful to prevent or to recover from injuries and it can help to improve the quality of any activity that we undertake.
